ROBERT C. GOODRICH JR.
ROBERT C. GOODRICH JR. (J.D., 1983, Vanderbilt) is a member of Stites & Harbison PLLC in its Nashville office, with a practice focused on commercial restructuring, bankruptcy, and litigation. Mr. Goodrich has been designated as a specialist in business bankruptcy by the State of Tennessee since 1994 and has been listed since 1997 in the bankruptcy section of The Best Lawyers in America. Mr. Goodrich's recent publications include "Money in the 'Till,'" Norton Bankruptcy Law Advisor, Issue No. 10, October 10, 2004; "Emptying the 'Till': The Sixth Circuit Sequel," Norton Bankruptcy Law Advisor, Issue No. 6, June 2006; "Deadly Double Discounting," Norton Bankruptcy Law Advisor, Issue No. 8, August 2006; and "Unsafe at Any Speed: The Perils of Acceleration," Norton Bankruptcy Law Advisor, Issue No. 10, October 2007.
